During this 30-day period, you may request reactivation by submitting another message via Contact Us, and full access will be restored.
If no reactivation request is received within 30 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems.

Some information may be retained beyond this period where required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, or where content has already been cached, shared, or used elsewhere by other users under permissions you granted (e.g., templates you allowed others to reuse).

7. Your Design Content and Copyright Responsibility

You retain ownership of the designs you create. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any images, fonts, or other assets used in your designs are copyright-free or properly licensed. If we receive a valid copyright complaint or discover unauthorized use of copyrighted material, we reserve the right to remove the relevant design(s) and permanently suspend the associated account, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Digiartor is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
